CRAFTING OUR BELONGING
a journey of coming home to our voice, hands and the land
Every Thursday from 26th March - 30th April ‘26
with Mae Bird and Bonnie Medicine
In this 6 week online container, we will journey with & explore the ancestral lifeways of Woman :: Singing, Spinning, Weaving, Grieving and Being on the land.
With 6 weekly calls, beginning at the Spring Equinox and ending at Beltane, we will gather & circle, as our bare feet are called once more to the blooming green carpet of Mother Earth, remembering our innate connection, presence and creativity as a daughter of the land.
In this course we will learn rituals and practices for tending connection to our grief, to the land, and our hands - using our voices as tools for personal and collective healing, our hands as instruments to weave beauty and belonging, and our feet as vehicles to explore the animate and sentient world around us.
With the help of our ancestors, their ancient practices, and the land that we live on, we will learn ways to be with the intense darkness our world is experiencing, finding solace in the medicine of being together as Women at this unprecedented time on Earth.

The beauty of this online course is that all you’ll really need to join is a device on which you can watch the calls & a safe space to drop in fully with us every week!
We would encourage that for our weekly call, you are able to join in full presence with your camera on, and be fully participating in our circle. We want to feel you in the space! Please come with an open heart, some tea or water, and a candle or flame to light.
All calls will be recorded and available to rewatch for 3 months after the course ends.
There will be an opportunity, as a part of our Crafting module, to make your own frame loom with wild materials you may find on the land around you.
For this you will need a saw, some nails, a knife, hammer and twine.
This will be an optional extra as part of the recorded course materials and will not be part of the calls.

What women Are Saying about our work:
This was a deeply nourishing gift - to marinade myself in the healing balm of sisterhood.. Singing as a collective was pure bliss - I could feel more voices than our own in the space. The stories shared from our circle brought me so much joy and comfort. Mae, Mairead and Lucy are truly powerful women carrying the medicine of the old ways into our lives. The women who gathered also deeply inspired me. I felt awe - Awen - throughout. Diolch yn fawr, fawr iawn.
- Veronica Stanwell of Rooted Healing
‘Emerging from our days in the wilds together was like emerging into life anew, nourished to the bones and tender hearted from all the beauty that naturally arises from simply spending time with other women on the land. Simple, yet utterly profound. It was so far beyond what I could have ever imagined, and my heart was opened wider than I thought possible. We were so tenderly cared for and fed with so much beauty - whether that was song, ceremony, time to craft, or space to simply be and stretch into the timeless time that invites true intimacy with the land. Plus of course the food that filled our bellies (which was nourishing beyond belief and so carefully and lovingly prepared). The depth of holding that these women brought to the space was extraordinary, and I’ll carry what we experienced together with me for a very long time.’
-Bethan
The Circle of Women immersion was truly a treasure of an experience. So authentic, intentional, grounded, and carefully tended. I have a new level of respect for sisterhood and the power we as women have to resurrect ancient and needed ways of being together with the Earth in ceremony. I am thankful for the vision and wisdom of each facilitator and am looking forward to see what they continue to create and shine into the world.
